  • Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Remaining balances are due 7 days prior to departure.

  • The safety of our guests is our top priority. Charters may proceed in light rain or overcast conditions, as the vessel offers an enclosed indoor cabin as well as the outdoor seating area.

    If the Captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe due to high winds, thunderstorms, dense fog, or other hazardous conditions, guests may choose to:

    • Reschedule their charter for a future available date, or

    • Receive a full refund of any payments made.

    Weather-related decisions are made solely by the Captain and are typically made as close to the departure time as practical to ensure the most accurate forecast.

    If you have any questions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or weather conditions, please contact us prior to your charter.

  • We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and allow us to manage our schedule effectively, the following cancellation policy applies to all charter bookings:

    • A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

    • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the charter date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the charter date will forfeit the full deposit.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

Onboard Experience

  • We can accommodate 12 guests and 2 crew members. We are one of the few charters on the island who can have 12 guests aboard and have a Coastguard certified boat.

  • Yes, the boat is equipped with brand new renovated onboard restroom facilities.

  • Just bring yourselves and a fun attitude, also we recommend:

    • Sunglasses

    • Sunscreen

    • Light jacket or sweatshirt

    • Soft-soled shoes

    • Camera

    • Food and drinks if desired

  • please do not wear black or dark soled shoes on the boat

  • We are happy to cruise to and drop anchor at a number of great swimming spots. Depending on the location, weather, and if there is time in the itinerary.

  • Full day charters leave plenty of time to disembark for exploring or shopping if you would like, it’s entirely up to you and dependent on the location, weather, and itinerary.

  • Absolutely. We can help plan a personalized itinerary based on your interests, timing, and weather conditions.

  • Charters can range from a short sunset cruise to half-day or full-day experiences. You can charter the boat at hourly increments from 3 - 8 hours to design the perfect full or half day experience

  • Yes, all charters are private for your group only. Sometimes for the morning fishing trips we combine two or more groups and coordinate that directly with you

Family & Accessibility

  • Yes, families and children are welcome. Please let us know the number and ages of children on the charter to ensure we have proper safety gear onboard.

  • Please ask in advance regarding bringing your dog onboard - we love dogs but again safety first it depends on the trip.

  • The boat requires stepping aboard and navigating stairs for the bathroom, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Food & Drink

  • Yes — guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol. No red wine please.

  • For a fee of $50 we’re happy to coordinate pickup from local restaurants, cafés, or catering services before departure.

  • Alcohol is NOT provided by law. All charters are BYOB

  • Yes we are happy to provide set ups for guests bringing their own food - please let us know ahead of time to ensure we have what you need onboard.

  • Our vessel is a classic 38’ Evans powered by twin Cummins diesel engines and designed for comfortable cruising not only around Martha’s Vineyard but also in all open sea conditions.

  • Yes — the boat is currently being renovated and fully updated with state of the art amenities, upgraded electronics, and enhanced comfort features to provide an exceptional charter experience.
